🛠️ How to Use:

1. Sit comfortably in good lighting.
2. Hold your finger or a pen 15–20 cm from your nose (Near Target).
3. Choose an object at least 3 meters away (Far Target).
4. Tap "Start 20 Jumps".
5. When the dot moves DOWN → Focus on Near Target and converge strongly.
6. When the dot moves UP → Look at Far Target and relax your eyes.
7. Alternate quickly between near and far.

Goal: Complete 20 smooth jumps without double vision. Practice daily.
